Ingredients
- 1 pkg (1 lb) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 c sliced green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, place the hash browns in a large bowl & break up with your fingers.
Add the whipping cream, 1 1/4 c cheddar cheese, green onions, salt & pepper to the bowl with potatoes, mix well
Divide the potato mixture evenly among 4 individual 1 cup baking dishes, sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top, bake until golden & bubbly, about 25 minutes
