Ingredients

  • 1 plan serving shrimp (6oz.)
  • 1 TBS. Lite butter/margarine
  • 5 Carrs Crackers, crushed*
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 plan serving scallions, diced (4oz.)
  • 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Seasonings
  • Lite Salt/pepper to taste
  • OPTIONS: Add reduced fat Parmesan to topping
  • AND try 2 Holland Rusk instead of crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Melt butter/margarine in sauce pan. Add crackers, minced garlic, scallions and saute until crackers are browned. Arrange shrimp in shallow baking dish and spread saute mixture over shrimp. Sprinkle seasonings and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400F.
**OPTION - Add reduced fat parmesan cheese to topping.
