Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

• ICING:
• 2 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. cocoa
• 1 c. butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 1/4 c. marshmallows
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1/4 c. evaporated milk
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and cocoa and cream into butter and eggs. Add flour and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Top evenly with marshmallows and return to oven 2 to 3 minutes until marshmallows melt slightly. Cool and add icing.
