Ingredients

  • 2/3 c dairy sour cream
  • 2/3 c water
  • 4 tsp margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp 5-Spice powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
  • 1 c. snipped mixed dried berries and cherries
  • powdered sugar glaze

Preparation

Step 1

2 pound size. Add ingreadients, except the glaze, to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select basic white bread cycle.

Powdered Sugar Glaze:
In a small bowl stir together 1 c. sifted powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Sitr in enough mik (4-6tsp) to make a glze of drizzling consistency.
