- 6 chicken breast halves skinner and boned
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crones
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 -1/2 c. oil
- garlic
- 2 c. tomatoes sauce
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. mozzarella (sliced)

Pound chicken breast to 1/4 thickness combine eggs, let mix bread crumbs with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese dip chicken in eggs and B.C brown on both sides in oil remove chicken stir in tomatoes sauce basil garlic s and p simmer 10 minutes stir in butter and spoon sauce over chicken and reaming parmesan bake 325, 30 minutes arrange mozzarella on top bake uncovered till cheese melts.
