Ingredients

  • 12 manicotti tubes
  • 1 pound ricotta
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup romano
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked
  • 2 pints spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1

Cook shells; drain and set aside.

Mix thoroughly cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and ground beef.

Stuff shells with meat mixture. Cover with sauce. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
