Ingredients

1 recipe pastry
3 slightly beaten eggs
15Oz can pumpkin
3/4 ¾ Cup sugar
1/2 ½ Cup corn syrup
1 Teaspoon vanilla
3/4 ¾ Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and mix well. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes.
