Ingredients

  • 2 packages Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Two 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla
  • Oranges
  • Bananas*
  • Peaches
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Fresh Pineapple
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Seedless Red and Green Grapes
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Do not use bananas if preparing the pizza a day in advance.

Step 1

Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 15” x 10” cookies sheet OR 15" pizza pan; Work the dough up the sides of the cookie sheet pan OR 1" from the edge of the pizza pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 – 10 minutes for the baking sheet OR 25 minutes for the pizza pan; Allow the crust to cool completely. In a medium sized bowl, blend together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust. Cut the larger fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange any combination of the fruit on top of the cream cheese topping. In a medium pot, add the cornstarch, orange juice, lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, water, and salt; Bring the mixture to a hard boil for 1 minute. Allow the fruit glaze to cool completely before pouring the glaze over the fruit. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve it.
