Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 tbs. butter
- 1/2 ½ lb. mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 ½ lb proscuitto ham, cut into squares
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs. chopped parsley

Step 1
Saute the onion in butter until soft. Add the mushrooms and turn up heat, sauté until done, about 5 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, and ham, and cook an additional minute, just until heated through. Add cream and heat, do not boil and add the parsley.
