Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken * can be reduced fat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom * can be reduced fat
  • 1 cup sour cream * can be reduced fat
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 3.5oz can chopped green chiles
  • 1.5 cups grated jack cheese
  • 8 " flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken breasts chopped into bite sizes (can be canned chicken if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except tortillas). Pour some of mixture into bottom of baking dish and put tortillas on top. Place mixture inside tortillas, roll and secure with toothpicks. Pour rest of mixture over rolled tortillas. Top with some reserved cheese and green chiles.

Bake at 350 for 30 min - ENJOY!
