- S&P
- 1 tsp (white pepper/clove/nutmeg/ginger)
- bread in milk
- plain pork sausages w/o casings
- Savoy cabbage leaves
- cheesecloth

Preparation
Step 1
Cook veggies. Add seasonings. Add bread in milk, cook til milk evaporates.
Lay down two steamed leaves, ribs removed or flattened, then meat. Keep layering. Last layer will be a meatball in the center. Fold up sides of cheesecloth, twist and tie.
Steam 45 min. in chix broth. Serve "pie" slices in pool of broth.
