Ingredients
- FIRST MIXTURE:
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
- SECOND MIXTURE:
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 C cocoa
- 1 C water
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first set of ingredients in bowl. Mix together second set of ingredients in bowl. Fill 24 cup cake tins with the second mixture. Put a spoonful of the first mixture on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
