Creamy Frozen Fruit

Ingredients

• In ORDER:
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 Tbs. lemon juice
• 3/4 cup sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, sliced
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 banana, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order and freeze in an 8" or 9" square pan.
