- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- zest of 1 lime, finely grated
- 1/2 small, seedless watermelon
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

Step 1
combine sea salt, cayenne and lime zest in a small bowl.
cut away watermelon rind, then cut the flesh into chunks or flat slices. slice cucumber diagonally. Refrigerate until cold. sprinkle mixture over the cut slices.
