Ingredients
- 2 • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (4 tablespoons)
- 1 1/4 • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt (2 Tablespoons)
- 3/4 • ¾ cup mayonnaise (3 ¾ cups)
- 1/2 • 1/2 cup buttermilk (5 cups)
- 1 • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery leaves (6 Tablespoons)
- 1 • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (3 Tablespoons)
- 1 • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot (5 Tablespoons)
- 3/4 • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (2 tablespoons)

Preparation
Step 1
Mash together the garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise and buttermilk and whisk to blend. Add the celery leaves, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and remaining 1-teaspoon salt. Stir to blend.
(10 times recipe is too much to feed 70, cut it to 5 times)
