- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 ¼ cup butter
- 1/4 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with foil, set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add pecans and toast 15 minutes, until lightly browned, stirring often. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Combine sugar and spices in a large bowl. Add pecans and toss to coat. Spread on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
