Blue Cheese Bacon Slaw

Ingredients

• 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. coleslaw mix
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
• 1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
• 1 c. crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse coleslaw mix with cold water; drain well. Combine coleslaw mix, onion, and bacon in a lg. bowl; toss to combine.

2. Stir together Ranch dressing and blue cheese. Add to coleslaw mixture just before serving.
