Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans whole kernel corn
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 11/2-quart baking dish.
2 Chop the bacon and place in a medium skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until slightly browned but not crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain.
3 Drain corn. Place in a large bowl.
4 Add brown sugar, ketchup, bacon, onion, bell pepper, dry mustard, garlic salt and black pepper to corn and mix well.
5 Spoon corn mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 1 hour.
