Ingredients
- 1 tsp Honey
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Small Dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag (any tea bag of your choice really)
- 3 Whole Cloves
- Non-juiced Lemon Wedge
- Slug of Bourbon or Irish Whiskey
- 1 1/2 c Boiling Water

Step 1
In a large coffee/tea mug combine honey, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, cayenne pepper and tea bag. Pierce non-juiced lemon wedge with cloves and add to cup. Pour in slug of bourbon/whiskey, as much or as little as you like. Fill cup with boiling water, stir well and let steep 5 min. Savor slowly.
