- 4 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- Poppy seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Onion flakes

Step 1
Prepare soft pretzel dough. Roll 1 piece of dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese across the middle of the dough; fold the bottom third of the dough over the cheese, then sprinkle another 2 tablespoons cheddar over the folded part. Fold the top third of the dough over the cheese. Reroll, cut into strips and twist into pretzels. Brush with beaten eggs and sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes and kosher salt; bake at 475 until browned, 16 to 18 minutes.
