Ingredients

16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 t. Tabasco
1 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well. Mold into ring and chill. Fill With preserves. Serve with crackers.

* Chutney may be substituted for strawberry preserves. Really different, and looks pretty!
