- 4 chicken cutlets
- flour for dusting
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- fresh lemon slices

Step 1
1. Season cutlets with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
2. Coat a sauté pan with nonstick spray.
3. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat.
4. Sauté cutlets 2-3 minutes on one side, flip over and sauté the other side 1-2 minutes with the pan covered.
5. Transfer cutlets to a warm plate; pour off fat from pan.
6. Deglaze pan with wine and add minced garlic.
7. Cook until garlic is slightly brown and liquid is nearly evaporated, about 2 minutes.
8. Add broth and lemon juice.
9. Return cutlets to pan and cook on each side for 1 minute then transfer to warm plate.
10. Add 2 tbsp butter and lemon slices to pan, once butter melts, pour sauce over cutlets and serve.
