Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 taspoon garlic powder
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. ea.)
  • 2 cups crushed her-seasoned stuffing
  • Refrigerated butter-flavored spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt and garlic powder; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Coat both sides of chicken with the suffing crumbs; spritz with butter-flvored spray.

3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
