Ingredients
- 150 – 200 grams sugar
- 1/2 ½ tbs cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- Salt
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 lb. fresh blueberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 – 2 tbs. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Place the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, and water in a pan and stir until smooth. Stir in the berries and place over medium heat. Cook until the liquid thickens and becomes clear. Taste and see if more sugar is needed. Stir in the zest and juice. Cool and chill.
