  • 1/2 cup Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Greek Nonfat Yogurt Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds, Toasted

Preparation

Step 1

1. In the evening, stir together the oats, milk, and 1/3 cup of the yogurt in a jar or bowl until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Thaw out strawberries.

3. In the morning, top oatmeal with the strawberries, remaining 2 Tbsp. yogurt, and almonds. Serve cool.
