- 60 grs. flour
- 100 grs. candied fruits chopped (cherries, mangoes, orange or any you have)
- 50 grs. raisins
- 50 hrs. almonds in slices
- 100 grs. raspberries or blueberries

Method
1. Grease with butter a tart pan with removable base about 22 cm. in diameter.
Processor the flour, salt and butter, put it all together, and process until the consistency of breadcrumbs.
Add water to the consistency of a dough.
Transfer the dough to a flour surface then make a circle a little larger than the mold.
Place dough in pan and accommodate.
Put a piece of tracing paper and some dried beans.
2. Allow the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Turn on oven to 190 ° c and bake for 10 minutes, then remove paper and beans and cook about 5 minutes more.
Lower the oven temperature to 180 ° c.
Grate the marzipan over the tart while still hot.
3. Process the butter, ground almonds and sugar and knead until a smooth consistency. Add a tablespoon of flour and the egg. Knead.
Add another tablespoon of flour and the other egg, mix well.
.Spoon this mixture over the pie dough. Finally sprinkle the chopped almonds and bake for about 40 minutes or until the cover is golden.
Serve with raspberries or blueberries.
