  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Grass-fed butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl combine two cups of almond meal, eggs, olive oil, and salt. If the batter looks too wet slowly add more almond meal until you can form a good pizza dough ball. Rip off two large pieces of wax papper and place the pizza dough between them. Roll the dough out to a 1/4-inch crust. The wax papper makes it easier for you to flatten the crust without get the dough all over the rolling pin.

Grease a flat baking sheet with butter. Peel off the top wax paper layer and flip the crust onto the greased baking sheet. Peel off the second wax paper layer. Bake the crust for 15 minutes in the oven or until the edges are golden brown.

When the crust is done top with your favorite toppings.
