Butter Spritz Cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks or 1 egg
• 1/4 ¼ t salt
• 1 t almond extract
• 1 t vanilla extract
• 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°


Cream together the butter, sugar, egg yolks, slat and almond and vanilla extract. Add flour to form a dough. Put the dough through a cookie press onto ungreased airbake cookie sheets. Bake for 6-9 minutes.
