BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1/4 c ketchup style chili sauce
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 c water

Step 1
Trim pork of excess fat then cut crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices, cut each slice into 3 strips.
Cook onion in oil in a 4 qt heavy pot over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 5 minutes. add ketchup, chili sauce, worcestershire, vinegar, hot sauce & water and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes, add pork & simmer, covered until pork is cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Transfer pork with a slotted spoon to a bowl & cover. boil remaining sauce, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes, pour sauce over pork.
