Ingredients
- 1 lb. Vermicelli
- 2 T Butter
- 4 T Worcestershire
- 3/4 t Dry mustard
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 C Sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 C Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 C Parmesan, grated
- 1 C Smoked cheese, grated
- 1 C Mozzarella, grated
- 3 T Butter
- 2 C Milk

Step 1
1. Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
2. Combine and toss together all cheeses.
3. Butter to grease a 3-4 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bottom with Worcestershire, mustard and pressed garlic.
4. Layer vermicelli, cheeses, and dots of butter making 3 layers total. Season each layer with S & P to taste. Season top layer with light sprinkle of Paprika to add golden color. (May be omitted.)
5. Pour milk overall.

6. Bake covered at 325 degrees. After 20 minutes, lift layers and turn top to bottom. Repeat lifting after another 30 minutes. If looks dry, add a little more milk. Bake another 15 minutes. Looks creamy and smooth but not browned.
7. Total baking time is 65 minutes, remains covered throughout baking. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
