Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cooked crabmeat
  • 1 Tbsp. diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 2 tsp. low-cal mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 2 sliced reduced calorie whole wheat bread
  • 3/4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread & cheese.

Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread. Place on broiler pan; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
