Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3/4 lb. bok choy, sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup black bean-garlic sauce
- 3 ribs celery, sliced on an angle
- 5 scallions, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
