Chocolate Mint Snow Top Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 10 oz. package mint toll house
• 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• X sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Melt 1 cup mint morsels. Cream butter and sugar; add melted morsels and vanilla; beat in eggs. Add flour and rest of morsels. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze 20 minutes. Shape dough into 1" balls and roll in X sugar. Cook on ungreased sheet.
