Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Monterry jack
  • 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Blot sausage dry and mix cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper.

Lightly grease mini muffin tins and press wrapper in each tin. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Cool and put on baking sheet. Fill with mixture. Bake until bubbly.
