- 4-6 oz. fettuccine, broken in half
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2-4 roasted turkey slices and cut into cubes
- salt
- 2 cups bread crumbs, preferably fresh
- 1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese

Step 1
1. In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook the fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pan, stir the sour cream and turkey and season with salt.
3. Add the reserved pasta and toss to coat. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
4. Preheat toaster oven to 375°F.
5. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and cheese.
6. Sprinkle the mixture on the pasta and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
