Ingredients
- 2 pound meat, cut, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, cut into rings
- 2 large green peppers, cut into strips
- 1 ( 1 pound 12 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (7 ounce) can taco sauce
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chiles

Step 1
Brown meat in oil. Add onions, green peppers and simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly until meat is tender (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
