Ingredients
- 1 Yellow or white cake mix
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream

Step 1
Make cake according to instructions and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top the cake with the rhubard and sugar. Slowly pour whipping cream over the entire cake. Bake at 350 for one hour or until the cake no longer jiggles. Serve warm with whipped cream.
