Chocolate Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tblsp light color corn syrup
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 1/2 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, or grated milk chocolate or graded white baking chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium heavy saucepan, cook & stir 1 cup
chocolate pieces over low heat until chocolate is
melted.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in vanilla wafers and walnuts
4. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
5. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls
6. Roll balls in powdered sugar, cocoa powder,
&/or grated chocolate
Makes about 50 balls
