Ingredients
- 3 T. liquid smoke
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion salt
- 1 t. celery salt
- 3-3 1/2 lb. flank steak
- pepper
- Worcestshire sauce
- Commercial BBQ sauce (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt, and celery salt. Pour over steak; seal in foil. Marinate OVERNIGHT. Unwrap steak and add pepper to taste. Add a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce on top. Reseal foil pack. Bake at 275 for 5 HOURS. Remove meat; slice across grain and serve. For a different flavor, pour BBQ sauce over meat, if desired. Reseal. Bake 1 additional hour.
