jalapeno coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1/3 c. sour cream
• 1/3 c. mayo
• 2 T. red wine vinegar
• 2 T. vegetable oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/4 c. chopped, pickled jalapeno
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 1 (16oz.) bag cole slaw mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in a lg. bowl, add coleslaw mix, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
