Ingredients

  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 lb. golden delicious apples
  • 50 grams sugar
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest
  • Cream Cheese pastry
  • Egg wash
  • 100 grams sugar

Step 1

In a pan, melt the butter, add the apples and sprinkle with sugar. Cook mixture over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove mix from heat and stir in zest. Cool.

Remove dough from the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and then roll to 1/8 inch thickness. Egg wash and spoon a small mound of filling, making indentations on the dough. Place dough on top and seal and cut out ravioli shapes. Egg wash and bake 12 – 15 minutes. Freeze unbaked ravioli for 2 weeks.
