- 2 cups cooked (cut-up) chicken (3 boneless halves)
- 2 cups celery
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple drained - 8 oz can
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup frozen peas

Ingredients can be prepared ahead. Mix in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Top with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Bake until heated thru about 20 to 25 minutes.
