Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp (cooked, peeled, deveined, cooled)
- 1 medium celery
- 1 red onion
- 4 or 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 T oregano
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 T basil
- 3 T wine vinegar
- Juice of one large lemon
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put shrimp in a medium sized mixing bowl. Cut celery and onion into 1/4" pieces. Crush garlic. Add to shrimp.
Mix thoroughly. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice and spices. Pour over shrimp mixture and mix well.
