- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
n food processor, mix 2/3 cup cheese, flour, baking powder and salt. Add 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp. olive oil; pulse to form a dough. Roll out on floured 11-by-14-inch baking sheet; prick, top with remaining olive oil, cheese and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes; break into pieces.
