Ingredients
- 8 cups tomato
- 4 chopped cubanelle peppers
- 2 cups onions
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup sweet red pepper
- 1 cup jalapeňo peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato paste (add more for thickening)
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
