Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 red peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 3 boneless chicken breast, pounded thin and sliced into strips
- 1 can ready cut tomatoes
- 1 lb. pasta, cooked
- 1/4 ¼ cup grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over medium high heat, add peppers and cook until they soften, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook until golden, 7 minutes. Season with salt and add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Toss sauce with pasta and garnish with cheese.
