Ingredients
- 3 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- Two 15-ounce cans diced mangoes, drained
- 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add the jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, mangoes, cilantro, lime juice and salt to a bowl and stir together. Serve as a taco bar fixing.
