Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, at room temperature
- 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the butter and cheese, add the flour and mix until a soft dough is formed. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Pinch off pieces of dough and press into mini-muffin cups.
Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, nuts, and vanilla until blended. Fill each tarts, making sure not to overfill the crust. Bake tarts at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
