Blue Ribbon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• Cream:
• 3/4 ¾ C. Butter flavored Crisco
• 1 1/4 1 ¼ C. light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed milk
• Add:
• 1 3/4 1 ¾ C. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3/4 ¾ tsp. baking soda
• 2 C. semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Bake on air bake cookie sheet @ 325 for 8-9 minutes or til golden brown.

*They won’t look done when pulled out, but leave on cookie sheet for a couple of minutes-will
continue to bake on the sheet.
