Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light karo syrup
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, or more if needed

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Cook over med. heat stirring for about 10 minutes or until thick and smooth. Cool slightly serve over ice cream or pound cake.
